Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, enrolling in any program, or participating in any Jai Institute for Parenting (“Jai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enroll in our programs.


SMS Policy

  • Jai will only message users who have explicitly opted-in to receive SMS communication. Messages may include confirmation, updates, or reminders.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the short code. Upon sending “STOP”, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to (800) 921-5109.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Services Provided

Jai Institute for Parenting provides online educational programs and cohort-based courses focused on parent coaching, nervous system regulation, communication, and relational leadership.

Programs may include:

  • Live group cohort calls conducted via Zoom
  • Access to digital course materials
  • Participation in a moderated online community hosted on Circle

All services are delivered online only.


Parent Coaching Disclaimer (Not Therapy)

The Jai Institute for Parenting provides educational programs and parent coaching services intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and relational skills within families.

Our programs are not therapy, counseling, medical, or mental health services, and participation does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or medical provider-patient relationship.

Parent coaching is educational and developmental in nature, not diagnostic or treatment-based. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent mental health conditions, psychological disorders, or medical conditions.

If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, trauma symptoms, or are in crisis, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or qualified medical provider.

Participation in Jai programs is voluntary, and you remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and relational well-being throughout your participation.


Refund Policy


For details on Jai’s Parent Coach Certification refund policy, students should refer to their signed Program Agreements.


Jai does not offer refunds on any other program or service.



Community Participation & Code of Conduct

Participation in live cohort calls and community forums is expected to uphold the values of respect, confidentiality, emotional safety, and mutual accountability.

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with fellow participants, facilitators, and staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal sharing within the community
  • Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior

Jai Institute for Parenting reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any participant from live sessions, community spaces, or programs if behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or misaligned with community standards.


Intellectual Property

All content provided through this website, programs, live calls, recordings, and community spaces—including but not limited to videos, written materials, frameworks, trademarks, and logos—is the intellectual property of Wise Workshops LLC DBA Jai Institute for Parenting.

Materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.



No Guarantee of Outcomes


Participation in Jai programs does not guarantee specific outcomes, certification results, income, professional opportunities, or personal transformation. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and application of the material.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Workshops LLC DBA Jai Institute for Parenting, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our programs, use of this website, or reliance on provided information.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
