Meet Your Host

Sarah R. Moore

Sarah R. Moore is the author of Peaceful Discipline and the founder of Dandelion Seeds Positive Parenting. She previously served as a program trainer for the Jai Institute for Parenting, and is honored to return as the new CEO and continue supporting this deeply impactful community.


Her work is rooted in trauma-informed, relationship-based practices, informed by extensive training in parent coaching, child development, trauma recovery, and interpersonal neurobiology. Sarah has been featured on NBC, CBS, and SiriusXM, as well as in many international parenting and mental health publications.

Additionally, she is the Board President for a 2025 Top Non-Profit, the American Society for the Positive Care of Children, and is involved in other related professional organizations.

Prior to her work in parenting education, Sarah led high-performing global teams within a Fortune 50 company—experience that now informs her leadership at Jai.

She is inspired to lead Jai into its next chapter, building on its strong foundation while thoughtfully evolving its impact for families and professionals around the world.
